Weekend Bookings
Weekend bookings are now available to book using the Book Now button below. Choose the Weekends 1 car 1 household ONLY if just you and your dogs are coming. If you are meeting anyone that doesn’t normally live with you (older children, childrens partners, friends, granny, or any one else) use the 2 Households 2 cars button whether you are coming in 1 car or two. Nobody should now have any need to park a car out on the road (we do know) unless you are in your car waiting for you appointment time. If you need more clarification read the Rules page. We are a safe enclosed dog field available for you to rent privately to exercise or train your dogs and we welcome any breed of dogs. Our field is 3 acres (its huge and the largest in the area), is well maintained and our customers help us to keep our field spotlessly clean by cleaning up after their dogs. We opened because I was making a 60 mile round trip for our own dogs to take them to a safe place for a run. Our reactive American Bull Dog was just happier in her own place away from other dogs and our German Wire Haired Pointer whose recall for a time wasn’t the most robust and was often overtaken when out and about by her high prey drive. Both needed a good big space and we were lucky enough to have a field. We were fencing the field for us and wanted to be able to share it with others in a similar situation that took time and effort and it is an ongoing job to maintain it and keep it to a high standard. Our fences and gates are 6 foot high all round and we have no dig fencing at the bottom of all fencing. We have an airlock gate entry system into the field and there is a code to enter the field emailed to you before your appointment. We have been open since May 2020 and have full planning approval for our field and it is also insured. The field isn’t our ‘real jobs’ both my husband and I work full time in our own businesses. I am a nurse and have a private CQC registered Aesthetic Clinic (Be Aesthetic Clinic) my husband as his own Drainage Company and puts CCTV cameras down drains to diagnose and fix drainage problems, mainly for commercial companies (CCTV Drainage Investigations). We work hard and much as we would like to reply to emails and messages immediately we just can’t. The booking system works automatically, read the rules, book a slot, pay for it and we email you all the information required. We share our field with you we ask you to follow the rules and pick up after your dog, be kind, be patient.
